Pasadena City Hall is a very Euro traditional building and is a landmark. Taking photos around there is always fun and easy. Having a Holga with me that day proved to be a great idea. I like shooting Holga as there is not much to tweak and a very simple camera.
Hollywood – Universal City. Every one who comes to Los Angeles in way or another is attracted to places where movies are made, movie or rock stars hangout. This particular place has other kind of thrills. There is a booth which simulates jumping out of a plane and free floating. I once saw an 80 year old woman doing it!
Palace of Fine Arts in the Marina District of San Francisco, California. I’ve been here so many times and love this particular structure. I tried to process the image a bit for fun and this is the result. I am going to print a copy for me and hangup on my wall.

From a family portrait session in Griffith Park Observatory. I had so much fun working wit them. There is so much love in this family! Not only that, but they were so funny and I hardly had to pose them. The portraits turned out great – there were so many to choose from and I had a tough time deciding on the keepers.
I have realized that when I re-size images for the web especially for this site I do not do any additional sharpening causing the images to look compressed and un-sharp.
