The Nikon 35mm f/2D lens is becoming one of my most used lenses with my D300 camera. Not only is it a bargain, but I have taken some of my best photos with it.
The lens is light and small and is packed with features and creates wonder color renditions and amazing bokeh. This lens can be used on film cameras, cropped sensors digital SLR and full frame digital SLR cameras. This lens had some problems back in the early 2000s which have been resolved by Nikon since. Google just bought Picnik the online photo editing site. This is an interesting move by Google and I am sure that Picnik employees are jumping for joy. Picasa is a stand alone photo editing and cataloging application from Google which I use in for organization of family photos. I wonder if Google will stop supporting Picasa or integrate with Picnik? What will happen to Flickr — Would Google buy Flickr? All of this makes an interesting ‘wait and see’ situation.
